Short version: We do not collect personal information directly. The app uses Facebook SDK for ad attribution and RevenueCat for purchase management. Both services may use your Advertising ID. On iOS you can opt out of tracking at any time via device Settings.

1. Who We Are

Unfiltered Cards is developed and maintained by Stanislav Sobolev, operating as Things Are Alive Lab. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at things.are.alive.lab@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect

The app itself does not collect or store personal information. However, third-party SDKs integrated into the app may collect the following types of data:

We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information. The app works without an account.

3. Facebook SDK & Ad Attribution

The app includes the Facebook SDK (react-native-fbsdk-next) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This SDK may:

This data is used solely for ad attribution — to understand whether our ads lead to installs or purchases. We do not use it to build personal profiles or target you with ads. Facebook's data practices are governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising Identifier (IDFA / GAID)

On iOS, the app requests permission to access your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. A system prompt will appear before any tracking occurs. You can choose to allow or deny tracking.

If you deny tracking, the Facebook SDK will not use your IDFA and will operate in a limited, privacy-preserving mode. Core app functionality is not affected by your choice.

You can change your tracking preference at any time: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

On Android, you can reset or opt out of interest-based ads via Settings → Google → Ads (exact path may vary by device).

5. In-App Purchases & RevenueCat

Unfiltered Cards offers optional card packs as one-time in-app purchases (non-consumable). To manage purchase verification and restore purchases across devices, the app uses RevenueCat — a third-party purchase management service.

RevenueCat may collect and process the following data on our behalf:

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any other personally identifiable information from us. Their data practices are governed by the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

All actual payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment card details.

6. No User Accounts

Unfiltered Cards does not have a registration system. You do not need to create an account to use the app. Your purchase history is tied to your Apple ID or Google Account — managed entirely by Apple or Google, not by us.

7. Data Stored on Your Device

The app may store certain data locally on your device (such as which packs you have unlocked) to ensure the app works correctly without an internet connection. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

8. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share limited data with the following third parties solely for the purposes described in this policy:

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers for targeting purposes beyond the attribution measurement described above.

9. Children's Privacy

Unfiltered Cards is rated 17+ and is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 17. If you believe a minor has used this App, please contact us at things.are.alive.lab@gmail.com.

10. GDPR — Your Rights (EU & Ukraine Users)

We do not directly hold personal data about you. For data processed by our third-party partners (Facebook, RevenueCat), you may exercise your rights (access, deletion, portability) by contacting those services directly through their respective privacy policy pages, or by contacting us and we will assist where possible.

If you are a resident of Ukraine, the EU, or the EEA and believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our own servers. Data retained by RevenueCat and Meta is governed by their respective retention policies. You can request deletion by contacting those services directly.

12. Security

We do not store personal data ourselves. All communications between the app and third-party services (Facebook, RevenueCat) are encrypted in transit. Each third-party service maintains its own security standards.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
