Terms of Use — Unfiltered Cards

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Unfiltered Cards mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Unfiltered Cards (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is provided by Stanislav Sobolev, operating as Things Are Alive Lab.

These Terms incorporate and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ For App Store downloads, in any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
Distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

3. In-App Purchases

Unfiltered Cards offers optional card packs as one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases. Once purchased, a pack is permanently unlocked for use on your account (Apple ID or Google Account).

There are no subscriptions. You pay once per pack and own it indefinitely.

Prices are set in your local App Store or Google Play currency and may vary by region. All pricing is determined by the respective platform.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases made through the App are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process refunds directly.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase:

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Find the purchase and select "Request a Refund".

To request a refund for a Google Play purchase:

Open the Google Play Store app.
Go to your account > Order history.
Find the purchase and request a refund, or visit Google Play Order History.

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple and Google under their respective policies. We have no ability to override platform refund decisions.

5. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use it on a new device, you can restore your previously purchased packs at no charge. Use the "Restore Purchases" button within the App. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID or Google Account used for the original purchase.

6. Age Restriction

The App is rated 17+ and is intended for adults only. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has used this App, please contact us.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or use the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including card text, design, graphics, and the app name "Unfiltered Cards" — is the intellectual property of Stanislav Sobolev / Things Are Alive Lab and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. All rights reserved.

Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights in or to our intellectual property other than the limited license in Section 2.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with RevenueCat for purchase management. Your use of that service is also governed by RevenueCat's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

Notwithstanding the above, if you are an App Store user, you may also have rights under Apple's Standard EULA and applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the App.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App.
If a third party claims the App infringes their intellectual property, Apple is not responsible for investigating or defending such a claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not on any US Government prohibited parties list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
