How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the Unfiltered Cards app and look for the Restore Purchases button — it's usually found in the Settings or Store section of the app. Tap it and make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google Account (Android) you used when you originally bought the packs. Your purchases will be restored at no additional charge.
I bought a pack but it's not showing up. What do I do?
First, try the "Restore Purchases" button in the app. If that doesn't work, make sure you have an active internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us at things.are.alive.lab@gmail.com with a screenshot of your App Store / Google Play purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I change the language?
The app follows your device's system language. To change it:
iOS: Go to Settings → General → Language & Region and set your preferred language. Then restart the app.
Android: Go to Settings → General Management → Language → Add a language. Set your preferred language as default and restart the app.
Unfiltered Cards currently supports English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Account (Android). If you log in to the same account on another device and tap "Restore Purchases" in the app, all your packs will be restored at no extra cost.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google — we don't process them ourselves.
App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and select "Request a Refund".
Google Play: Open the Play Store app, go to your account → Order History, find the purchase, and submit a refund request.
Is there a subscription? Will I be charged again?
No subscriptions, ever. All card pack purchases are one-time payments. You pay once, you own it. We will never charge you automatically or require a recurring fee.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Unfiltered Cards works without any account registration. We don't collect personal information. Your purchases are managed through your App Store or Google Play account.
The app crashed or something isn't working right.
Sorry about that! Please try closing and reopening the app first. If the problem continues, send us an email at things.are.alive.lab@gmail.com and include:
- Your device model and OS version
- A description of what happened and when
- A screenshot if possible
